Timber Bay School is located in this tranquil little community. It
has great facilities, with a gym, 5 classrooms, a large home economics room
and a library. Pleasant rental teacherages are available. There are, at present,
25 students enrolled in the school.

Timber Bay is located on the east side of Montreal Lake and was once on the main highway leading north from Prince Albert. Now, the main highway is on the western side of the lake. Consequently, the village is accessible by a gravel road but is only 20 minutes drive away from the community of Montreal Lake. The city of Prince Albert is only a hour and a halfıs drive away and residents are able to drive to the city to do their shopping. |
